Sick Of Being Skinny? Gain Muscle Like This!

One of the hardest things to do is gain weight when you’re a skinny guy and have a high metabolism.

Step 1.  This is by far the most important step in the process. Eat and eat a lot and all the time.  It is highly debated but the conscientious is that having 6 meals throughout the day. Eating about every 2 hours helps keep your metabolism running at peak performance. Eating like this lets your body become adjusted to the fact that it’s getting food every couple of hours and doesn’t need store any extra energy in the form of fat reserves.  (love handles)

Step 2. Lift weights as heavy weight as you can handle without losing form. Lifting weight and lifting weights are two different things. If you go into the gym and just pick up the weight without focusing on range of motion, form, contraction and concentric contractions you might get a minimal effect. But to truly lift weight you have to be strict. Know the correct form concentrate on your muscles through the entire range of motion that is on the positive(pulling) and the negative(release) part of the movement.

Keep your diet clean and healthy with enough Protien and starchy caarbs to fuel lyour muscle growth. You don’t need a lot of carbs but enough to fuel your workouts and then follow high protein diet the rest of the day.
