Step 3) EXERCISE… ADD MORE CARDIO!

Cardio may seem redundant and boring to some, but if you are trying to get in shape quick, this is the best way to do it. Choose 3-5 days a week that will be dedicated to cardio.

Don’t get me wrong, weights are great, but if you are looking to slim down and get ripped, you need to pump up the cardio. Do not do the same cardio every day, I repeat do not do the same cardio every day.

Make sure you perform different types of cardio. Change things up. Your goal is to keep your body guessing. When you are performing a new activity your body has to rev up your engine to try to adapt, each time you do this you burn far more calories. Examples of cardio include, bike, elliptical, stair stepper, *sprints, walking, walking up a hill, running, jogging, swimming, sports etc.
