Step 4) SLEEP!

Believe it or not sleep is one of the top three reasons most people are overweight. Sleep is essential for body rejuvenation and proper functioning.

If your body is always running on empty due to lack of sleep you’ll quickly go into a tail spin of bad habits including craving sweets, not exercising, bad sleeping patterns, and so on.

For the next month make it a priority to go to bed earlier and get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. You’ll see that this could be the missing link in your regimen. Make sure you are getting quality sleep too. Keep your sleeping environment cool, quiet, calm and very dark for optimal relaxation.
