First Up Is The Body Weight Squat

This exercise will build your quadriceps and give you a nice toned upper leg as well as shape and define your butt, Girls love a nice butt.

You start the exercise standing erect, shoulders back, Head up and feet shoulder width apart. Next hold both your arms parallel to the floor and put a slight bend in your knees.

Slowly descend, keep your arms up head straight and shoulders back. Go as low as you can (Remember to never let your knees go past your toes this will lead to injury).

Your ideal rep rate should be 3 seconds down and 1.5 seconds up do at least 15-20 reps or as long as you can stand the burn you can do 3-4 sets of these to get your legs to start growing.
