Next Is The Superman Sit-Up
This next exercise is what I like to call the Super man sit up when done correctly it works all of the ab muscles from the bottom to the top.
Lie flat on your back with arms and feet out just above the ground do not touch the ground. From the start position make a strong contraction and bring your arms and feet together.
At first you may not be able to touch your toes but that is the goal here. Remember to come slowly back down to the starting position.
This is one rep as like before your ideal rep rate should be 3 seconds down and 1.5 seconds up do at least 15-20 reps or as long as you can stand the burn you can do 3-4 sets of these and you will have wash board abs in no time.
