History:

Although the All-England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club dates back to the late 1860’s, Centre Court didn’t make its debut until 1922 when the club moved to its current location. As far as the history goes; Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Arthur Ashe, Billie Jean-King, Roger Federer, Steffi Graf, the Williams Sisters and every other tennis great you’ve ever heard of has searched for glory at Centre Court.

Reason to Go:

To watch the finest tennis on grass anywhere in the world. The best seat in this house is a little harder to come by than most, but if you can somehow buddy up to anyone in the royal family, you might get a chance to watch the final match with the Queen herself from the Royal Gallery.
